Tit-Bit Oriental-[No Onion No Garlic] Veg Manchurian Masala Mix Combo Pack of 5 [50 gms each-Total 250 gms]

Soya Sauce Powder 35 % (Soya sauce solids, Maltodextrin), Corn starch, Salt 22%, Disodium 5’- Guanylate & Disodium 5’-Inosinate (Flavour Enhancers INS 627, INS 631), Xanthan Gum (Thickening Agent INS 415), Red Chilly, Sugar, Dry Ginger, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking Agent INS 551), Black Pepper, Citric Acid (Acidity Regulator INS 330), Edible Vegetable Oil (Sunflower).

Method of Preparation:
1. Manchurian Balls: - Take 2 cups grated cabbage and squeeze water from it. In a bowl mix cabbage, 2 finely chopped green chillies, ¼ cup besan & salt to taste. Make small balls & deep fry on slow flame till golden brown.
2. Mix 2 tbsp. of Tit- Bit VEG MANCHURIAN MASALA with 300 ml of water. Mix well & keep aside.
3. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan and stir-fry ½ cup chopped cabbage, ½ cup chopped capsicum for 2-3 minute on medium flame.
4. Add dissolved mixture of Tit- Bit VEG MANCHURIAN MASALA into sautéed vegetables. Add Manchurian balls & bring it to boil. Serve hot & enjoy.
