Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for handling the design requirements for online store launches, Meta Ads Content, packaging design, WhatsApp, Social media and Emailer.
2. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines also knowledge of labelling and packaging
3. Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, to get required output as per management requirements
4. Collaborate efficiently with copywriters, and understand the communication hierarchy & other design elements to effectively implement brand guidelines on each creative. Ensure utmost attention to detail, and maintain the highest standards of design and accuracy by designing & adapting key visuals.
5. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
6. Develop eye-catching creatives for events, promotions, and campaigns to elevate our brand presence and attract customers.
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions with team members and Digital Head to define visual design direction.
8. Provide input and ideas to help evolve and strengthen our brand identity.
Requirements:
1. A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
2. Strong and diverse portfolio showcasing experience across a variety of mediums, including eCommerce, retail & packaging design.
3. 3+ years of relevant experience working at an agency or retail brand.
4. A degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
5. Knowledge of PowerPoint, 3D visualizer, Motion Graphics would be added benefit.
